Trigon is a basic variation of Klondike. It is a more difficult version of Klondike.
There are 7 tableau piles. At the start of the game 1 card is dealt to the first pile, 2 cards to the 2nd, and so on. The top card is face up. Building is down in suit, rather than down in alternate color as it is in Klondike. Groups of cards in sequence down in suit may be moved as a unit. Spaces are filled only by Kings or groups of cards with a King at the bottom.
The remainder of the cards form a stock. To play, turn over 1 card at a time from the stock to a waste pile by clicking. There are unlimited redeals.
There are 4 foundation piles, which are built up from Aces to Kings in suit. The game is won when all the cards are moved here.
Trigon is simply the one card deal KingOnly variant of Klondike with building in the tableau by suit instead of by alternate color. It is therefore somewhat harder than that version of Klondike. Strong players can expect to win Trigon about 15-20% of the time.
