| · | 8 foundation piles (across top) - build up in suit from the rank of first card dealt to the first pile, wrapping from King to Ace as necessary, until each pile contains 13 cards.

| · | 8 tableau piles (below foundations) - build down regardless of suit. Move groups of cards if they are in sequence down in suit. Spaces may be filled by any card from the stock or cells. At the start of the game 1 card is dealt face up to each pile.

| · | stock (top left, face up) - top card is available for play on the foundations, tableau, or cells. No redeals.
|
| · | 3 cells (below stock) - storage locations for cards. Only 1 card allowed in each cell.
