| · | 8 foundation piles (top and bottom) - build up in suit from Aces to Kings on the 4 piles at the top, build down in suit from Tens to Aces to Kings on the 4 piles at the bottom. Start with 4 Aces of different suits and 4 Tens of different suits.

| · | 4 Queens (one of each suit) - dealt at the start of the game, are not used.
|
| · | 4 reserve piles (below Queens) - place one Jack of each suit on these piles. Be sure not to place two Jacks of one suit on these piles, as you will then not be able to win the game.

| · | stock (left, face down) - turn over 1 card to waste by clicking. 2 redeals.
|
| · | waste (below stock) - top card available for play on the foundations.
