Object

To pair up all cards and move them out of play to the waste pile.

Layout

•

11 tableau piles - the top card of each pile is available. Pair cards that total to 13. Kings are discarded singly. To discard a pair, drop one card on the other, or right-click on one of the cards. At the start of the game 5 cards are dealt face up to each of the first 8 piles, 4 cards are dealt face up to each of the remaining piles.

•	waste pile (bottom of screen) - where paired cards go out of play.

Notes

Any pair of cards whose values add to 13 can be discarded. The valid pairs are Queen-Ace, Jack-Two, 10-3, 9-4, 8-5, 7-6. Kings are discarded singly. To discards Kings, simply click on them.

History

Thirteen Out is similar to the classic game Fourteen Out, with pairs adding to 13 instead of 14.
