| · | 8 foundation piles (in center) - build leftmost 4 piles up in suit from Ace to King, build rightmost 4 piles down in suit from King to Ace.

| · | 8 tableau piles (to left and right of foundations) - build up or down by suit. Spaces are filled from the waste. At the start of the game 1 card is dealt to each pile.
