Flashing, Blinking or Flickering Cards
Flashing, blinking, or flickering cards are usually caused by a program called "Desk Flag", which has become very popular recently. This program shows a little flag on your desktop. It forces the screen to refresh constantly, which causes the flashing or blinking that you are seeing. To stop this, either set DeskFlag's animation speed off or uninstall DeskFlag.
