Sound is not working
To play sound, make sure that the "Play Sound" option is checked in Options. Be sure your speakers are on. Also, there are many ways to mute sound in Windows, you make need to make sure sound isn't muted, see the Sound applet in Start button -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Sound.
