1 Deck.  Very Hard (1%).  Mostly Skill.

 

Object

To group all the cards into 4 sets of 13 cards in sequence down in suit from King to Ace.

 

Layout

4 foundation piles (top right) - move entire 13-card King to Ace down in suit sequences from the tableau.

 

7 tableau piles (below foundations) - build down in suit, wrapping from Ace to King if necessary.  Move groups of cards regardless of any sequence.  Fill spaces with Kings or groups of cards with headed by a King.   At the start of the game 7 cards are dealt to each pile, with 1 card face down in the second pile, 2 cards face down in the 3rd pile, and so on.

 

3 reserve piles - available for play on the tableau.  At the start of the game one card is dealt to each reserve pile.  No building.

Notes

Any face up card in the tableau may be built upon another, no matter how deep it is in a pile.  All cards covering it are moved together.  When a face down card is uncovered, it is automatically turned face up and is available for play.

 

History

Crimean Solitaire is Ukrainian Solitaire with the last 3 cards dealt available for play as reserve cards.
