Notes
• | Prince Serg starts with 2 separate decks. The first deck is dealt to the Left and Left , the other deck is dealt to the Right and Right . |
• | The piles are divided into two parts: the Left and the Right , divided by a line. The Left piles are built . The Right piles are built . Groups of cards may be moved from one pile to another, if they form a legal descending sequence in their current pile. For example, a sequence may be moved from the Left to the Right, since that is the legal sequence for the Left . However, a sequence cannot be moved from the Right to the Left, since that sequence is not legal on the Right. These kinds of groups transfers are called "shifts". Shifts of groups are allowed from Left to Right, while shifts of cards are allowed from Right to Left. Once an shift has been made, the cards in the groups cannot again be moved as a group, since they will no longer be a legal group for their side of the . |
• | Empty piles can only be filled by a card from the same side of the line. Empty piles on the Left can only be filled by a card or group of cards from the Left side, empty piles on the Right can only be filled by a card or group of cards from the Right side. In addition, on the Left empty piles can only be filled by a King (or group of cards headed by a King). |
