Object

To move all the cards to the foundations.

Layout

•	4 foundation piles (middle) - build up in suit from the rank of the first card moved to the first pile, wrapping from King to Ace as necessary, until each pile contains 13 cards.

•

8 tableau piles (around foundations) - build down regardless of suit, wrapping from King to Ace as necessary. Only the top card of each pile is available for play. Spaces may be filled by any available card. At the start of the game 7 cards are dealt face up to the first 4 piles, 6 cards to the next 4 piles.

History

Selective Castle is Beleaguered Castle without the Aces dealt to the foundations at the start of the game. Instead, you have your choice of the first card played to the foundations, which adds an extra element of skill to the game.
