| · | 8 foundation piles (across top) - build up in suit from Ace to King.

| · | 8 tableau piles (under foundations) - build down regardless of suit. Groups of cards in sequence down regardless of suit may be moved as a unit. Spaces may be filled by any available card. At the start of the game 3 cards is dealt to each pile.

| · | stock (lower left, face down) - 1 card at a time moved to the waste by clicking. No redeals.
|
| · | waste (next to stock) - top card available for play on the foundations or tableau.
|
| · | During the initial deal, after each set of 8 cards are dealt to the tableau, any cards that can be moved to the foundations are automatically moved and spaces filled. Therefore it is possible that there will be cards already played to the foundations before actual play begins.
