| · | 8 foundation piles (across top) - build up in suit from the rank of first card dealt to the first pile, wrapping from King to Ace as necessary, until each pile contains 13 cards.

| · | 8 tableau piles (below foundations) - build down by alternate color. Only one card at a time may be moved. Spaces may be filled only from the stock or a waste pile. At the start of the game 1 card is dealt face up to each pile.

| · | stock (top left, face up) - top card is available for play on the foundations, tableau, or waste piles. No redeals.

| · | 3 waste piles (below stock) - discard piles, cards are moved here from the stock only. Top card is available for play on the foundations or tableau.
