Layout
| • | 10 piles (left) - the top card is available for play. Pair up cards whose add to 11 (pairs are A-10, 2-9, 3-8, 7-4, 5-6). Pair Queens with Kings as long as they are of different . Pair Jacks together. At the start of the game 5 cards are dealt face up to each pile. If 3 Jacks are dealt to the same pile, the middle Jack is exchanged for the top card of the . |
