Blind Alleys is a one deck Forty Thieves type game.

How to Play

There are four foundation piles, these will be built up in suit from Ace to King. When all of the cards are moved here, the game is won.

There are six tableau piles. At the start of the game three cards are dealt to each pile, two face down and one face up. Building is down by alternate color. Groups of cards may be moved if they are in sequence down by alternate color. Spaces are filled by any card.

The remaining cards form a stock. The stock is turned over one card at a time to a waste pile. The top card of the waste pile is available for play on the foundations or tableau. There is one redeal.

Blind Alleys is a basic Forty Thieves type game similar to Pas Seul. It can be won very nearly every time. The average player wins more than 98% of the time.
