Clover Leaf is an original Fan type game that I invented.

How to Play

There are 16 tableau piles. At the start of the game three cards are dealt face up to each pile. In addition, two Aces of one color and two Kings of the opposite color are dealt to the four foundation piles.

The first two foundation piles will be built up in suit from Ace to King and the other two piles built down in suit from King to Ace. The game is won when all cards are moved to the foundation piles.

In the tableau, build up or down by suit. Only one card at a time may be moved. Spaces may be filled only by Aces or Kings.

Clover Leaf is a variation of the classic Fan type games Fan or La Belle Lucie. It is fairly easy to win. The main thing to notice is what direction each suit is built on the foundations. Make sure you build in the opposite of that direction on the tableau so that you don't block yourself.
