Double Moosehide is a variation of the two deck game Double Yukon. It is somewhat easier than Double Yukon.
There are ten tableau piles. At the start of the game, one card is dealt to the first pile, two cards to the second pile, and so on. The top card is face up. Then four additional face up cards are dealt to the first pile and five additional cards are dealt to each of the second through tenth piles.
There are eight foundation piles which are to be built up in suit from Aces to Kings. The game is won when all of the cards are moved to the foundations.
In the tableau, building is down by any suit but the same. You can move groups of cards regardless of any sequence, as in Yukon. Empty tableau piles may be filled only by a King (or a legal group of cards headed by a King).
Double Moosehide is easier than Double Yukon because there are more possible plays with building any suit but the same rather than by alternate color. Like most Yukon type games, the key is to uncover the face down cards as quickly as you can.
