Perseverance is a one deck variation of the popular game Baker's Dozen.

How to Play

At the start of the game the four aces are dealt to four foundation piles, which will be built up in suit from the Aces to Kings. The game is won when all cards are moved here.

Four cards are dealt face up to each of twelve tableau piles. When any King is dealt to a pile, it is automatically moved to the bottom of the pile.

The tableau piles are built down in suit. Groups of cards in sequence down in suit may be moved as a unit. Spaces in the tableau are not filled.

When play comes to a standstill, click on the empty stock pile to redeal. All of the cards remaining in the tableau will be picked up and dealt back out. There are two redeals.

Perseverance can be won almost every time and scores of 100% or near 100% are common.
