Seven Devils is an extremely difficult Canfield type game.
There are seven tableau piles, dealt out as in Klondike. At the start of the game 1 card is dealt to the first pile, 2 to the 2nd, and so on. The top card is face up.
Then seven cards are dealt to a reserve pile, all face up and all cards are available for play. To move a card that is not the top card, click on it to move it to the top of the pile. These cards are the seven devils, and it is imperative to play them if you can.
The remaining cards form a stock. The stock pile is turned over one card at a time to a waste pile. The top card of the waste pile is available for play. There are no redeals.
In the seven tableau piles, build down by alternate color. Only one card at a time may be moved. Spaces are filled by any card not from the reserve.
Seven Devils is a very difficult game to win. An average player will win less than 1% of the time, and even with good play you will struggle to win very often.
