The answer to almost every order question is contained in the email that you receive shortly after you order. This email contains your registration code, how you enter it into the trial version, and where you can download the game. Please read this email!

What to expect when you order

You will receive a registration code by email immediately after your order that you can use to registered a previously downloaded trial version copy. If you check the CD-ROM option on the order form a CD-ROM will be sent to you by mail.

Be sure to keep your registration code email. With your code you can download the trial version from our download page and use your code to register it. This is how you download your free upgrades (you get several years of free upgrades with your order).

I don't have my registration code yet

Registration code emails are sent immediately after your order completes. The most common cause of delays in receiving codes is an incorrect email address on the order. Be sure that you type your email address correctly on the order form. Also, sometimes the email will get filtered into a spam mailbox. Be sure to check any spam folders you may have for the code email.

If we send a registration code email and the email bounces back to us, we will send the code by postal mail to the address in the order. This will take at least several days.

Remember that email is not totally reliable and emails can and do get lost. If you have not received your registration code within 48 hours of your order, Contact Us.

I'm a registered user and I need to download again

You can download the latest trial version from our download page and then use your registration code to register it. If you don't still have your registration code, go to our Lost Code Lookup page to request that it be sent to you again.

I'm a registered user and my copy says it is unregistered

You need to enter your registration code into the game to tell the program that you have ordered. You should have received a email from us after you ordered with your registration code and instructions on how to enter it.

If you don't still have your registration code, go to our Lost Code Lookup page to request that it be sent to you again.

How to Enter Your Registration Code

Run the game. Go to the main screen (where you see the names of all the games). Go to the Help menu and select About. This will bring up the About screen.

Click on Enter Registration Code or press the R key to enter your code.

I've lost my registration code and need it sent to me again

Just go to our Lost Code Lookup page to request that your code be sent to you again.

Upgrade Information

Pretty Good Solitaire version 14 is a free upgrade to registered users who originally registered Pretty Good Solitaire version 13. If you originally ordered that version, just download the new trial version and install it. If you have a registered copy of version 13 already installed, Pretty Good Solitaire version 14 should recognize your registration code automatically. If it does not, you can enter your code as before.

Users who originally registered Pretty Good Solitaire version 12 or below (Pretty Good Solitaire 97, 98, 99, 2k, Quest Edition, 500 version, versions 9, 10, 11, 12) can upgrade to Pretty Good Solitaire version 14 for only $11.95. Your upgrade registration will be good through the 2015 version! If you don't wish to upgrade, you can still download Pretty Good Solitaire 2k, Quest Edition, 500, or version 9, 10, 11, 12, or 13. Users of Pretty Good Solitaire 97 or 98 may still need a new registration code, which you can request from the form above (specify that you want a code that will work in PGS2K).
